Wrong, i live in venezuela. Here tha marijuana is illegal even for personal use. You can not grwo it or have it or nothing. Is Illegal!!!!!!!!
1) you smoke the buds of either the male or female. Female is more potent.
2) Marijuana is not legal in Australia. That was made up plain and simple. This leads me to believe almost nothing on this page.
It is legal to buy and sell (with a license) in the Netherlands.. Yes it is decriminalized but it is also LEGAL.
